Saskatoon, SK – The Saskatchewan Rush (4-1) and Toronto Rock (0-5) will meet up at Paramount Fine Foods Centre in Mississauga on Saturday, January 18th.

The Rush are coming off a 15-9 win over the Las Vegas Desert Dogs. Zach Manns had an eight-point outing and continues to lead the team with 29 points this season, while Ryan Keenan chipped in with four goals and Austin Shanks had a hat trick in the victory. Between the pipes, Frank Scigliano made 29 saves in the game, putting his season save percentage at .792. The Rush could be without defender Isaac Ngyou who left the game against Philadelphia on December 28th in the first half.

Toronto is still searching for their first win of the season after dropping a 15-13 decision in Buffalo. Challen Rogers returned from the IR and posted seven points in the loss, while Chris Boushy had a hat trick. In goal, Nick Rose allowed 12 goals on 43 shots before getting pulled in favour of Troy Holowchuk, who posted a .846 save percentage.

Stepping Up: The Rock have been dealing with injuries all season, but consistency has come in the form of youngster Josh Dawick who leads the team with 11 goals and six assists this season.
