What to Expect - Boots and Dukes Night
Apr 4, 2024YEE HAW! Are you ready for Boots and Dukes night Rush Nation?! Join us at Co-op Field on Saturday as your Saskatchewan Rush face off against their rivals the Calgary Roughnecks following their game in Calgary on Friday night.
Before the game: Beat the lines and get all the gear you’ll need at the Fan Experience Zone (FEZ) at the corner of 51st Street & Faithfull Avenue. The FEZ will be open at 12:00pm and now closes 6:00pm so you can mosey over prior to heading to SaskTel Centre! All white jerseys are 10% off, and you can get your Clark Walter moustache prior to the game by showing your game ticket at the FEZ!
At the game: Like always, arrive early, doors will open at 6:00pm! First 1000 fans in the building will receive their very own Clark Walter ‘stache! During the first warmups, scan the QR code on the jumbotron to win prizes!
Make sure to visit the O16 lounge pregame to check out the live entertainment! The band for this game is local artist Jolie Blue. Enjoy live music pre-game, during half-time, and post-game in the O16 Lounge! Bars on the concourse close in the 4th Quarter but the O16 Lounge stays open for the post game party!
On the concourse: Get your cowboy on and take a turn on the mechanical bull presented by PlayNow! All 22 Fresh apparel will be 22% off at the game so make sure to stop by one of the kiosks on your way in. The Saskatoon Berries will also have a booth set up with apparel and ticket information. Get a photo with one of our game day characters like the Rowdy and Bruiser, or the always ready to kick up their boots, O16 Electric Crew Dance Crew!
Halftime: Let the sheep loose, it’s time for mutton bustin’ on Co-op Field! Kids ages 5-7 will be holding on for dear life in hopes to win a Rush prize pack!
On the field: One of the biggest weekends in the NLL has the Rush facing off against the Roughnecks in a double header weekend starting with a Friday night matchup in Calgary. Both teams sit tied just one spot away from a playoff scenario, giving both teams a must win attitude.
Post Game: Following the game, head up to the O16 Lounge for the post game party featuring live music. The post game radio show has moved down to the turf so catch the game recap while meeting Holden Garlent, Mike Messenger, Connor McClelland, Nathaniel Kozevnikov and Keegan bell who will be signing autographs. Make sure to get your free wristband at the Saskatchewan Lacrosse Association table on the concourse by Section G. Unless you’re a President’s Club Season Ticket Member, then just show your ticket to get on the field.
